We have discovered Varkala's South Cliff and we are smiling. The only fly in the ointment is the owner of our guest house, described in the guide book as kind and efficient, we have found him more controlling, fussy and quite grumpy but the room is clean and the garden is gorgeous and goes straight down to the beach.
